Clarendon appoints new Head of Property due to expanding property portfolio
Due to Clarendon’s expanding property portfolio, Ben Hutchen was recently appointed as the new Head of Property for Clarendon Business Centres.
Following Clarendon’s acquisition of Reflex, Ben Hutchen joined as Property Director to head up the existing property team. Ben spent sixteen years at Strutt & Parker where he was a Partner and Head of Central London Tenant Representation, Ben recently spent two years as a Principal at Avison Young in London. Ben brings to Clarendon a wealth of Leasing and Corporate Real Estate knowledge and a passion for the flexible working sector;
